The support was great. It is difficult with communication and takes a while to get the communication across. They did however figured it out and fixed my issue. I feel that through the ticket system it works better. I am using it for construction website and it works great for that purpose. While the project is still pending so far it turns out good so far and the project is going well. I like the tone of the template how it tunes with the website. The nice gallery works well with it. I'm using a lot of extra modules for it as it does not come with much of very nice modules. Good Template, great documentation. Recommended.
