I may not be the best designer but I wish that it was easier to get the content that is on the site to download when you open up the theme in wordpress - I am sure this is above my head but it seems like it should be a it easier - I usually have to pay someone to help me. Having said that I appreciate the chat support that I get but I think I have abused it becasue they seem to not want to help me or for very long but that is my shortcoming.
